In January 2012 my private practice XAS Consulting, LLC launched its XAS Advocacy Network Series (ANS)! It is a culturally competent health and human services advocacy campaign for diverse communities: Hispanics, veterans, and sexual minorities.
On Memorial Day in May 2012 The National Hispanic Veterans Advocacy Network (NHVAN), the first of a series of 6 ANS networks, was launched via my nonprofit advocacy organization You Are Strong! Center on Veterans Health and Human Services, in partnership with Marisa Trevino of Latina Lista.
In October 2012 the second of the ANS series will be launched via my nonprofit The Get-Right! Organization, Inc. in partnership with Angelica Perez of New Latina.
